1. Notice to Recipients
This notice applies to all email and attachments sent by or on behalf of FNMPG Holdings Inc., operating as Fort Noxx Music Partners Group (the "Company"), and is incorporated by reference into each such message.
2. Confidentiality
Email from the Company may contain confidential, proprietary, or legally privileged information intended solely for the named recipient. If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified that any review, use, disclosure, copying, or distribution of the message or its attachments is prohibited. Please notify the sender immediately by reply and permanently delete the message and any copies. Receipt by an unintended recipient does not waive any confidentiality or privilege.
3. No Offer or Commitment
Unless expressly stated otherwise, email from the Company is for discussion and information only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or any interest in any investment vehicle, not an offer or commitment to lend, to purchase receivables, or to arrange financing, and not a commitment to enter into any transaction or engagement. Any indication of value, terms, or structure is preliminary, non-binding, and subject to diligence, approvals, and definitive documentation.
4. Authority to Bind
No email from the Company creates a binding agreement, amends an existing agreement, or waives any right, and no person at the Company is authorised to bind the Company by email. The Company is bound only by a written agreement signed by an authorised signatory. Typed names, signature blocks, and electronic signatures in the body of an email do not constitute execution of an agreement on behalf of the Company.
5. Intended Recipients
Email from the Company that refers to transactions, financing, or investment opportunities is intended only for business owners, companies, institutional and professional investors, and their advisers to whom it may lawfully be communicated. It is not directed to retail investors or to any person in any jurisdiction where its receipt would be unlawful.
6. No Professional Advice
Unless provided under a signed engagement agreement and stated to be advice, information in email from the Company is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. The Company does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and recipients should consult their own advisers. Any tax discussion is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, to avoid penalties or to promote, market, or recommend any transaction.
7. Regulatory Status
The Company is not a registered broker-dealer, placement agent, investment adviser, lender, or loan broker. Its services and the basis on which they are provided are described in the Regulatory Information notice.
8. Payment Instructions and Fraud
Email that purports to come from the Company but is sent from a domain other than fnmpg.com, or that requests payment, account credentials, or personal identification, should be treated as fraudulent and reported to info@fnmpg.com. The Company accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on payment instructions that have not been verified in this manner.
9. Security and Integrity
Email is not a secure means of communication. Messages may be intercepted, altered, delayed, lost, or contain viruses, and the Company does not guarantee the integrity, completeness, or timeliness of any email or attachment. Recipients are responsible for scanning messages and attachments for viruses. The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of email.
10. Monitoring and Records
To the extent permitted by law, email sent to or from the Company may be monitored, recorded, and retained for business, security, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes.
11. Personal Information
Personal information contained in or provided in response to email from the Company is processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to receive further email from the Company, please reply to the sender or write to info@fnmpg.com.
12. Views of Individuals
Opinions expressed in an email are those of the sender and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company, except where the sender is authorised to state the Company's position and does so expressly.
